Space To Be Counselling

MY APPROACH

As a qualified Person-Centred Counsellor and Psychotherapist, I offer a therapeutic relationship built on empathy, authenticity and unconditional positive regard.

This means I will endeavour to understand your world from your perspective, accepting you exactly as you are, without judgement or criticism.

I offer both online counselling, allowing me to work with clients anywhere in the UK, and face-to-face counselling in Thornton Cleveleys, providing a calm and welcoming environment where you can feel safe to explore whatever is important to you.

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and work in accordance with the BACP Ethical Framework. This means I am committed to providing a professional, safe and ethical counselling service, with your wellbeing at the heart of our work together.

I believe that every person has an innate capacity for growth and healing. Sometimes life’s experiences can make us lose connection with that capacity, leaving us feeling trapped in old patterns or overwhelmed by emotional pain. Therapy can provide the space, support and understanding needed for that healing process to unfold.

Whether you are seeking support for anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, grief, stress, or the effects of difficult life experiences, I offer a space where your voice matters and your experiences are respected.
